This gear shift extension will work on all big rig trucks.  It is available in several sizes and in chrome or black.  Adding a gear shift extension is rather easy. One end of the extension is female thread and the other end is male thread. You would need to bleed the air from your air brake system. Disengage the airlines using the quick connect couplings. Unthread the whole gearshift assembly from the stick. Thread the extension onto the stick. Thread the gearshift assembly onto the top of the extension. Reconnect the airlines. You will probably have to extend your airlines. The items necessary to do this can be picked up at your local auto parts store. We do not currently sell the air line.
