These  top hat style nut covers will cover your bolt heads nicely.  They are made of chrome plastic so rusting is not a problem.  They have a small flange on the bottom to cover the washer and are flat on the top.  None of the ones in this listing is the correct style for wheel nuts.  Many sizes are available.  Please pick your size in the ordering menu.
