This hardware is for bolting down the wood gearshift plate in Peterbilts. These bolts have a philips head. They are chrome plated so they are very shiny. They will also work on your stock shift tower if you choose to keep the black plastic one. This is a set of 12 with black washers to keep from gouging into the shift plate
